Information about the Camino205 came across our desk recently and it looks like an event that Riding Gravel readers may be interested in.
On October 4, 2014 riders will embark on routes of 25, 105, or 205 starting in Palestine, Texas. For more information and to get registered, head over to Camino205.com.
About the Camino205: “We are offering sweet loops of three distances – 205, 105 and 25 miles. Rural roads are paved near towns (sadly) so the longer the ride the more dirt/gravel encountered. All rides are loops, so you have constantly changing scenery and challenges. Boredom and pain are the two great challenges to human happiness. We will not offer you boredom. Pain is up to you. A good saddle and quality cycling togs will help a ton!”
