Tioga Binary Tires: At The Finish

Tioga set out its claimed traits and goals for this tire and in my opinion, they have achieved them. The potential for “more” is the tantalizing bit that is still missing here. Tioga is well aware that riders are thinking this as well. Tubeless ready, maybe something in a wider width, and other possibilities with this design are things we at Riding Gravel would like to see going forward for the Binary.

Hirobel Frame Clamp: Quick Review

The Hirobel Clamp is a device developed to allow you to mount a bicycle to a repair stand without directly clamping to the bicycle with a repair stand clamp. This is beneficial when you have a bicycle with a suspension seat post, a dropper post, or a seat mast/aero seat tube design. State Bicycle Co. Warhawk: At The Finish

If you can get by the limitations of the Warhawk- dedicated single speed, limited tire clearances, and limited versatility- then you will be rewarded with one of the better handling, better riding gravel/all road/commuter rigs you can find. Noble Bikes GX5 Gravel Bike: Checkpoint

The GX5 is pretty smooth, but the fork isn’t quite up to steel fork feel. That said, it handles in a stable, but not sluggish manner, over choppy roads and deep gravel. The light weight is very nice and the total package is fun to ride on. The wheel and tire limitations are somewhat of a bummer, as is the slightly too stiff fork, but this bike is very impressive so far.

Fyxation Sparta QR: At The Finish

There are bikes out there with straight, 1 1/8th steer tube forks that could use a carbon fork to lighten things up, smooth out the ride, (potentially), and maybe offer the user something they didn’t already have in their stock fork. This is the purpose of the Fyxation Sparta QR fork.
