Introduction by Guitar Ted: Today Riding Gravel is excited to announce a series of videos which will focus on how anyone can get from ‘zero to race day shape‘. Realizing that COVID-19 may have caused many of you to take up couch surfing and that your riding time may have suffered from a lack of focus, Bobby Kennedy of Salty and Stupid Cycling has created a series of videos to help anyone get off the couch and ride. While the main purpose was to help riders to be successful in his events; The Stupid Pony and the Salty Lizard 100, these same principles can be applied for any event, be it a race or just an event where gravel riding is involved.

Bobby’s first guest is Pat Casey of Peak State Fit. check out the first in the “Get Up Off The Couch and Ride!” series here. (You Tube link- Note that due to current COVID-19 protocol, both Bobby and his guest are masked in this piece.)
