Our friends at the Dirty Kanza are busy getting things ready for the 2015 edition and have passed along the following information.
- Registration opens: January 10th, 2015
- Dirty Kanza Training Camp: Thursday, March 26 – Sunday, March 29th, 2015
- Rider Sign-In/Expo: Friday, May 29, 2015
- Race Day: Saturday, May 30, 2015
- Awards/Rock Star Breakfast: Sunday, May 31st, 2015
Dirty Kanza Training Camp Details:
From Dirty Kanza: “With winter fast approaching it is easy to think about hanging up the wheels and resting a bit. However, that doesn’t mean plans for a successful 2015 campaign have to hibernate.
There is no better way to prepare for the Dirty Kanza 200 or Half Pint 100 than by signing up for the DK Training camp. 3x Women’s champ Rebecca Rusch and 4x Men’s winner Dan Hughes will be on hand to lead rides and offer tips on succeeding at the Dirty Kanza. Learn about proper fueling, bike set up, bike maintenance, and much more. Of course we will ride….a lot!
And did we mention that the first ten women to register for camp will get an exclusive Chamois Butt’r/Dirty Kanza kit? Chamois Butt’r and Dirty Kanza Promotions are highly committed to encouraging more women to push their limits on the bike. So, ride in style and join us for some much needed Spring miles!”
