Get Off The Couch And Ride! A Pathway To Ride Day Fitness #3

Today Riding Gravel continues the series of videos which will focus on how anyone can get from ‘zero to race day shape‘. Realizing that COVID-19 may have caused many of you to take up couch surfing and that your riding time may have suffered from a lack of focus, Bobby Kennedy of Salty and Stupid Cycling has created a series of videos to help anyone get off the couch and ride. While the main purpose was to help riders to be successful in his events; The Stupid Pony and the Salty Lizard 100, these same fitness principles can be applied for any event, be it a race or just an event where gravel riding is involved.

In this week’s video we get to more tips on what to do for late Winter/early Spring training. Hit THIS LINK for Video #3 in the series. Bobby and his guest, Pat Casey of Peak State Fitness, discuss more ideas that you can use to go from the couch to that first event, be it the Salty Lizard 100, the Stupid Pony, or whatever event you want to try.
